Rondekop Safaris operates year-round, with peak times between March and October (fall to spring). Temperatures range from 32-70°F (0-22°C) during the day and 32-50°F (0-10°C) at night.

Our hunting farm offers breathtaking African landscapes and well-equipped facilities to suit all your hunting needs. Whether you like walking and stalking with your riﬂe or bow or prefer shooting from a shelter, we can offer the ultimate experience with both. We even cater to more experienced hunters who prefer longer shooting distances and larger game.

Our team of Professional Hunters (PH’s) and trackers have infinite knowledge of the farm and game hunting; therefore, guests can look forward to a truly African hunting adventure. Our hosts will ensure you receive an unforgettable hunting experience for either a first-time hunter or for the most experienced hunter.

Trophy hunting & processing

Rondekop Safaris will oversee the paperwork needed to export your trophies. You have two options: your trophies can be dispatched to our preferred local taxidermist for complete taxidermy work or exported as “dip-and-pack” to your preferred taxidermist in your home country.

We pride ourselves in providing our clients with top-quality trophy-handling facilities. We will see that your trophies are skinned and processed correctly, using the proper methods to ensure good taxidermy work.

Health and safety

At Rondekop Safaris, we guarantee a safe and malaria-free environment with expert medical facilities and doctors readily available. You can rest assured that snakes hibernate during the South African winter season from April to August, and sightings are rare.

Our hunting vehicles are equipped with medical first aid kits to handle emergencies, ensuring your safety at all times. The area is highly secure, and there is no need to lock your rooms during the day or night.
